Job summary

Welty Energy & Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Substation and Transmission Line Team. This remote-friendly role requires you to be located in New Jersey or the Philadelphia area due to client site travel (10-20%). You will lead planning, design, procurement, and construction for major capital projects.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant experience in electric utility project management.
• PMP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the completion of activities for electric substation and transmission upgrade projects.
• Manage design, procurement, and construction across major capital projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and act as primary client liaison for your projects.
• Monitor schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost control.
• Conduct site travels to client sites (10–20%).
• Ensure safety inspections and compliance with project standards.
