Job summary

Welty Energy is seeking a Project Manager to join our Distribution (Dx) Project Management team. You will plan, organize, and coordinate activities for low voltage engineering, design, procurement, and construction of major capital projects, traveling 10–20% to client sites in Eastern PA.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, act as the primary client contact, and lead planning, scheduling, and budget tracking to ensure successful project delivery on complex utility programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant experience in electric utility project management.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management for the Utility sector (power or gas).
• PMP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure communication across the life cycle of the project.
• Act as primary client contact for your project(s).
• Review specifications, drawings, contracts, and other documents for constructability and alignment with standards.
