Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager with a strong instructional design background to support a global GxP training initiative in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This remote US-based role requires coordinating 8 interactive modules across 5 languages with a team of 6 instructional designers and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience, preferably supporting training or instructional design.
• Strong instructional design background and experience with training content development.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 is required.
• Experience developing interactive eLearning and scenario-based learning.
• Experience managing teams of instructional designers or similar learning/content development professionals.
• Working knowledge of GxP and/or GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities for the development and update of global GxP training content.
• Manage a team of 6 instructional designers responsible for developing and coding interactive eLearning modules.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and priorities.
• Coordinate the development of 8 GxP training modules across 5 languages, resulting in ~40 localized modules.
• Support the development of interactive, scenario-based eLearning experiences and assessments.
• Ensure training modules incorporate assessments with an 80% passing requirement.
• Coordinate localization and review processes across multiple countries and languages.
• Lead in-country reviews and ensure stakeholders provide timely feedback.
• Identify and address timeline risks, including in-country review delays.
• Coordinate communication between instructional designers, stakeholders, SMEs, and in-country reviewers.
