Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field.
• 4+ years of clinical research experience across multiple trial phases.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and CRO operations.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, sharing study updates and addressing risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, Safety, and vendors.
• Oversee timelines, plans, enrollment, site performance, and milestones from startup to closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, resources, and change orders to protect profitability.
• Ensure ICH-GCP compliance and audit readiness across the study lifecycle.
