Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Product Manager for Financial Data Solutions to own the strategy and roadmap for data products built on financial transaction data. This role will partner with data science and engineering to shape capabilities from ideation through launch, balancing market awareness, disciplined prioritization, and trustworthy outputs for consumers and businesses.
Location: Remote - US-based candidates only; compensation: $120,000–$145,000 annually with benefits and career development
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience focused on data-driven or ML-based products.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or payments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data fluency.
- Ability to collaborate with data science and engineering to deliver data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the strategy and roadmap for data products leveraging financial transaction data.
- Conduct market and client research to inform product capabilities and priorities.
- Make independent prioritization decisions among competing product opportunities.
- Drive creation of data products that provide actionable insights for consumers and businesses.
- Develop predictive products addressing users' future financial needs.
- Integrate ML models into the product suite with data science and engineering teams.
- Establish quality metrics and ensure outputs are trustworthy.
