Job summary

Remote Director of Product Management, Data Science is sought to lead the vision and multi-year roadmap for data science products in the Finance & Insurance space. You will drive predictive modeling initiatives and optimization across the business.

Partner with data science, product, and business stakeholders to ground solutions in clear business needs and measurable outcomes, coordinating delivery across teams in a regulated environment. Location: US-based remote; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product management or strategy, with 3+ years in data science or predictive analytics.
• Proven experience deploying predictive models with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for data science products.
• Lead strategic planning to identify high-value opportunities for predictive modeling and optimization.
• Ensure business problems are framed for data science solutions with clear success measures.
• Oversee delivery across product and data science teams, ensuring alignment with client outcomes.
• Maintain a holistic view of business processes and data dependencies impacting the portfolio.
