Job summary

Caret Health is seeking a product manager to own the Care Operations Platform end-to-end, from roadmap to outcomes. You will drive discovery with care teams, manage integrations with EHRs and data partners, and lead a clean release process focused on adoption and measurable impact.

You will define hypotheses, instrument metrics, and collaborate with engineering to ship features that improve revenue, outcomes, and AI/data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a product manager with healthcare experience.
• Experience owning integrations with third-party systems — EHRs, vendors, data partners.
• Track record of shipping features to production and measurable impact.
• Strong discovery instincts and data-driven decision making.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Operations Platform end-to-end: roadmap, backlog, specs, outcomes.
• Run discovery loops with care teams, operators, and program leads.
• Own integrations: data mapping, field handling, and pipeline observability.
• Define hypotheses and metrics before builds; instrument results and iterate.
• Plan releases: scope, QA, rollout, and adoption targets per release.
