Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in product management.
• Ability to independently frame ambiguous problems and prioritize.
• Experience owning a roadmap and making strategic trade-offs.
• Experience mentoring product managers.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of users, partners, program, and policy environments Carina operates within.
• Translate understanding into clear problem statements grounded in evidence.
• Use prioritization frameworks and trade-off analysis to decide what to solve and when.
• Identify constraints and assess risk of assumptions.
• Partner with design to connect problem framing to user needs and journeys.
• Translate product vision into a clear, sequenced roadmap.
• Ensure team work ladders up to Carina's strategic goals.
• Apply systems thinking to account for ecosystem considerations.
• Lead hands-on execution including user story writing and bug triage.
• Incorporate quantitative data and qualitative research into product decisions.
