Job summary

Gotham Technology Group is seeking a hands-on PM/BA to organize work for the Data & Analytics BI team. You will run Agile ceremonies, manage intake and tickets, gather requirements, and handle stakeholder communication across ecommerce, sales, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement.

Manufacturing experience is highly preferred and this role is 100% remote (EST). You will write project updates, triage dependencies, and keep the team on track through each sprint, ensuring priorities align

Qualifications

• PM/BA experience, ideally supporting data or BI teams.
• Strong Agile knowledge and flexible application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Highly organized self-starter who works independently.
• Comfortable working with many stakeholders across functions.
• Enough data background to understand data sources.

Responsibilities

• Run Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and adjust as needed.
• Own intake: monitor requests, triage and track tickets, prioritize backlog.
• Gather and document requirements with BI leader across departments.
• Assess feasibility: data existence and coverage before commitment.
• Send regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Follow up on dependencies to prevent stalling.
• Manage shifting priorities and reset timelines with executives.
• Keep team organized between cycles for a clear next sprint plan.
