Job summary

KPG99 INC is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) for a remote, 6- to 12-month contract in the data and analytics domain. You will run Agile ceremonies, manage intake and tickets, gather requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders across e-commerce, sales, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement to keep work moving.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and practical application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including status reporting.
• Highly organized self-starter capable of working independently.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across functions with shifting priorities.
• Sufficient technical or data background to understand data sources and queries.

Responsibilities

• Run Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and adapt as needed.
• Own intake: monitor requests, triage tickets, backlog prioritization with BI leader.
• Gather and document requirements with cross-functional departments.
• Assess feasibility: data existence, coverage, or need for discussion before commit.
• Write and send regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Follow up on dependencies with internal teams and third parties to avoid stalls.
• Shield team from ad hoc requests to stay focused on priorities.
• Manage shifting priorities and deadlines, resetting expectations when needed.
• Keep the team organized between cycles for the next sprint/phase.
