Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products—dashboards, reporting tools, and insights—for the Utilization Management analytics squad. You will own end-to-end development, and manage ad hoc analytics requests from business stakeholders while collaborating with data science, engineering, and design teams.

The role requires across-the-board PM experience, stakeholder management, and Agile expertise, with a remote or hybrid work model (1 day in NYC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 2+ years PM experience with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years partnering with SMEs to define requirements.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management.
• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years building analytics, reporting, or dashboard products.
• 1+ years managing an intake queue or similar prioritization workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and backlog for internal UM analytics product (dashboards, reporting, insight tools).
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, SME interviews to translate questions into requirements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and dashboard/report design.
• Support engineering and data science through clarification and ceremonies.
• Run day-to-day Agile ceremonies and champion best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor product and adoption metrics; use them to prioritize improvements.
• Communicate product status and roadmap changes to stakeholders and leadership.
