Job summary

Gorilla Commerce seeks a Manager, PLM & Product Data to own and mature the company’s PLM platform. You will steward configuration, governance, and adoption across SKU hierarchies, BOMs, materials, and costing, shaping the 18‑month roadmap.

You’ll collaborate with sourcing, IT, and VP leadership to align data standards, workflows, and integrations with ERP, while driving data quality and system maturity in a fully remote, international contract setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PLM, product data management, or product operations with direct ownership of a PLM or comparable platform.
• Strong grasp of product hierarchy, multi-level BOMs, specifications and revision management.
• Experience reconciling PLM data with ERP and managing integration keys.
• Experience designing or governing approval workflows and version control.
• Advanced Excel and handling large product datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health, configuration and evolution of the PLM platform.
• Determine how PLM should be structured and used across hierarchy, specs, BOMs, materials and costing.
• Own integration keys and mappings between PLM and ERP.
• Establish validation standards, naming conventions and audit routines.
