Job summary

Locus Robotics is seeking a Senior PLM & Configuration Management Specialist to drive the processes that enable autonomous robots to move from concept to customer. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure scalable product data governance and governance standards.

You will own the PLM system, manage user access and lifecycle states, and coordinate with IT and vendors on system upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
5+ years of experience supporting hardware-focused products.
Experience in Engineering Change Management and PLM processes.
Hands-on experience administering PLM systems and BOM governance.

Responsibilities

Own and administer ECR and ECO processes.
Review engineering changes for completeness and compliance.
Coordinate Change Control Board activities and drive approvals.
Monitor ECO cycle times and publish reports on process effectiveness.
Maintain PLM system as the system of record for released data.
Support system upgrades, testing, validation, and vendor coordination.
Ensure BOM integrity, part revisions, and metadata accuracy.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, and Product teams.
