Job summary

Specialized Bicycles, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, PLM Platform, Data & Integrations to lead modernization of PLM platforms, data foundations, and integrations. You will drive AI-enabled analytics and provide governance across PLM data, CAD, and BOM workflows.

In this senior role, you will partner with PLM leadership and business teams to deliver multi‑year roadmaps, set objectives, and lead a global team to improve product development speed and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience in PLM platforms, data, or lifecycle management.
• 5+ years experience leading technical or cross‑functional teams.
• Strong background in PLM data quality, governance, and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM platform, data, and integration initiatives to modernize the landscape.
• Define strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for PLM modernization and AI readiness.
• Partner with business to enable AI-enabled analytics and automation in PLM.
• Build and mentor a global delivery team and manage cross‑functional stakeholders.
