Job summary

Multi Media, LLC is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to lead a small team that owns a developer-facing platform, APIs, SDKs, and integration surfaces for third-party developers and partners.

You will blend hands-on technical leadership with people management, set technical direction, collaborate with Product and cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor engineers while balancing reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• Experience leading engineering teams as a people manager, technical lead, or Tech Lead Manager.
• Experience building or leading a platform, API, or set of developer tools for engineers or third-party developers.
• Strong backend-focused software engineering across full-stack systems; Go or Python experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration with Product/Design, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team building APIs, integrations, and tools for a developer platform.
• Lead the evolution of the developer SDK and supporting tools.
• Own the app directory for third-party apps, including review and publishing workflows.
• Make architecture and technical decisions across multiple services for reliability and scalability.
• Create clarity in ambiguous problems by aligning constraints, partner needs, and business priorities.
• Coach engineers on technical decision-making, execution, and career growth.
