Job summary

Quest Analytics seeks a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities that power multiple product teams. You will define the what and why, align with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance, and shepherd capabilities from conception to adoption.

You will ensure compliance with HIPAA, translate health plan operations into scalable platform features, and drive reuse across products and markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable).

Responsibilities

• Become a SME on health plan operations and translate into capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing needs of internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Keep an integrated plan, risk log, and drive cross-team deliverables with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including protecting PHI under HIPAA.
• Use AI and other emerging technologies while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
