Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the shared capabilities powering multiple product teams in healthcare technology. You will define the vision, roadmaps, and requirements, then bring Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance together to deliver measurable results and drive adoption across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.

Responsabilités

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle, from problem to adoption.
• Become a SME on health plans and translate into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by needs of internal teams, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision record, driving cross-team deliverables to completion.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including PHI protection under HIPAA.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
