Job summary

Quest Analytics seeks a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities across product teams and drive adoption from problem discovery to market. You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results and ensure capabilities fit payer workflows.

The role emphasizes vision setting, API contracts, data models, lifecycle policies, and compliance with PHI protections.

Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Strong Product Management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
Prioritize platform work by weighing needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision records, driving cross-team deliverables.
Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
