Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities across product teams. You will define the vision, roadmap, and requirements, coordinating Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver reusable solutions for payer workflows.

You will ensure compliance with HIPAA, manage risk, and drive adoption from problem through market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment and taking capabilities to market.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into platform capabilities.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing needs of internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies for shared capabilities.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team delivery.
• Ensure regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including PHI protection under HIPAA.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to move faster while upholding data integrity and compliance.
