Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams. You will define the vision, roadmap, and API contracts, coordinating across Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable, compliant outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS product management, strong governance and data modeling knowledge, and comfort with AI tools. Flexible work options include remote, hybrid, or in-office.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile, stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• Proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering and technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and applying emerging technology.

Responsabilidades

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across their lifecycle.
• Become a SME on health plan operations and translate into payer-workflow friendly capabilities.
• Prioritize platform work balancing internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including HIPAA PHI.
• Use AI and emerging technologies while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
