Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams. You will define the “what and why,” partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance, and drive adoption across markets.

The role emphasizes understanding health plans and payer workflows, coordinating cross‑functional delivery, and applying AI responsibly to accelerate value while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to participate in architecture discussions with engineers.
• Track record of managing plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and applying emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across lifecycle.
• Become a SME on health-plan operations and translate to capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by internal teams, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plans, risk logs, and decision records across teams.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI under HIPAA.
• Apply AI and emerging tech while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
