Job summary

Quest Analytics seeks a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities that power multiple product teams. You’ll define the what and why, partner with Engineering, Data, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance, and drive adoption across markets.

Healthcare experience is preferred, with strong communication and a bias for action. You will own API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies, ensuring regulatory, privacy, and security requirements are met while leveraging AI/LLM tools to innovate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across their full lifecycle.
• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing the needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define the API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Drive cross-team deliverables to completion with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.
