Qualifications

• 7+ years in medical or pharmacy rebate operations (PBM/health plan).
• Experience supporting operational workflows for medical or pharmacy rebates.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Medispan or First Databank drug reference systems.
• Knowledge of HCPCS and CPT coding in analytics.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams supporting business applications or analytics platforms.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Join analytics to operationalize Evio’s rebate platform for a full portfolio.
• Translate operational needs into technical solutions with analytics and tech teams.
• Define, prioritize, test, and implement platform enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot platform and data issues with tech teams.
• Develop analytics and tech to strengthen contract performance evaluations.
• Support rebate operations including invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Facilitate data ingestion and standardization from Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
• Manage multiple priorities independently.
