Evio has advanced analytics and contracting capabilities at scale, and a suite of digital tools to power our high-cost medication solutions. Our solutions act as a self-reinforcing “flywheel” where each element strengthens and feeds into the next, and support an “Only Evio can do that” mindset and prioritization. Evio is also a company that has invested heavily in and been highly intentional about people, team and culture.

Evio's Values

  • Empathy – The people our business serves always come first. We care for our teammates and put ourselves in the shoes of our health plan customers and the patients and clinicians our solutions benefit.
  • Diversity – We foster a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights.
  • Adventure – We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer.
  • Relentless – Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and pursue challenging the status quo.
  • Transparency – We seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain and value authentic communication.
  • Excellence – We hire and develop exceptional talent and hold ourselves to high standards.
About The Role

  • Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation (job aids, workflow documents, data specifications, SOPs). Ensure documents reflect the latest understanding in a startup environment.
  • Project Management: Independently organize, plan, and manage project milestones using project management tools appropriate to scope.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote shared understanding, timelines, and goals. Incorporate stakeholder feedback at each step.
  • Product Support: Assist new and existing clients, resolve issues promptly, and support product launches and activation activities such as onboarding and enrollment.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with pharmacy benefit management and EHR interoperability technologies, including standards (NCPDP – eRx, ePA, Formulary), HL7, FHIR, Direct Messaging.
  • Bias for action and high-velocity learning; ability to work in ambiguity.
  • High EQ and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
  • Data- and research-driven decision-making.
