Job summary

Evio is seeking a Platform Operations Analyst in Denver to optimize the proprietary rebate administration platform. You will bridge analytics and technology teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive platform enhancements for efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities include data ingestion, invoicing support, reporting analytics, and developing analytics to assess contract performance. Strong Excel/SQL and coding skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in medical or pharmacy rebate operations.
• Experience supporting operational workflows for medical or pharmacy rebates.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript).
• Familiarity with drug reference systems and medical coding (HCPCS/CPT).
• Experience collaborating with analytics and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize Evio’s rebate platform with analytics and tech teams.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define and implement platform enhancements for efficiency and UX.
• Troubleshoot data issues and identify root causes.
• Develop analytics to evaluate contract performance.
• Support rebate operations including invoicing and reporting.
• Facilitate data ingestion from health plans.
• Work independently managing multiple priorities.
