Job summary

Evio is seeking a Medication Rebate Analyst to deliver meaningful financial insights and improve how high-cost medications are managed. You will collaborate with analytics, contracting, technology, and health plan clients to analyze complex pharmacy claims data and measure the financial impact of rebate contracts.

This role focuses on accurate rebate administration, contract performance, and data-driven decision making across Evio’s rebate programs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a rebate data analyst in PBM, health plan, or similar health care org.
Experience with medical medication claims data and rebates.
Strong proficiency with Excel and SQL and/or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Join analytics team to evaluate financial performance across a full medical medication rebate portfolio.
Analyze rebate claims data using Evio's rebate platform to investigate invoicing variances and ensure reporting accuracy for >$500M in annual rebates.
Develop and maintain analytics that provide insights into financial performance of rebate contracts.
Support development of new analytics and technology for evaluating rebate programs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement data-driven solutions for leadership.
Coordinate data ingestion and standardization of rebate data from health plans.
