You will drive platform introductions from concept to commercialization, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet launch milestones and financial objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable business results in a remote-friendly environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in product launches, platform commercialization, or project management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
• Experience in industrial water treatment, light industry markets, chemical solutions, facilities management, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to completion in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the evaluation, selection, and prioritization of launch projects to align with strategic and financial goals.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional launch teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D.
• Oversee launch readiness, including sales enablement, marketing assets, and product documentation.
• Lead market introductions, monitor adoption and performance, and adjust strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with Business Management to address supply chain and commercial challenges; report progress to leadership.
