• Oversee development of launch packages including Sales enablement, Marketing assets, readiness plans, and documentation.
• Lead market introductions with a focus on growth, adoption, and competitive response.
• Collaborate with Business Management, R&D, and Technical teams to ensure product quality and customer value.
