Solenis is seeking an Applications Project Manager to support growth and technical excellence across multiple industries. You will conduct site technical audits, troubleshoot complex utility systems, and develop technical training for internal and external audiences.

The role leads multiple projects, coordinates with field applications and R&D, and supports geographic expansion from a remote US location with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cooling industry experience.
• Direct value sales experience or influence in business decisions.
• Experience launching new products and focusing on sales.
• Administration of cooling chemical programs and systems.
• Project management across large initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site technical audits across multiple industries to assess system performance.
• Troubleshoot complex utility system issues including boilers and cooling systems.
• Develop and deliver technical training and support materials for internal and external audiences.
• Lead and manage multiple internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee project planning, staffing, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor timelines, costs, and quality; adjust as needed.
• Ensure outcomes meet technical, reliability, and financial requirements.
• Support geographic expansion through technical expertise and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with R&D on product concepts and prioritization.
• Contribute to sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships.
