Qualifications
- Experience in leading product launches from concept through commercialization.
- Background in platform commercialization or project management.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and prioritize launch projects to align with strategic and financial goals.
- Lead cross-functional launch teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D and Leadership.
- Oversee development of launch packages: enablement, training, marketing assets, readiness plans and documentation.
- Lead market introductions, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for growth and penetration.
- Collaborate with Business Management, R&D and Technical Teams to ensure quality and customer value.
- Provide updates and insights to leadership and launch teams.
