• Oversee development of launch packages and readiness plans.
• Drive market introduction, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to maximize growth.
• Collaborate with R&D and Technical Teams to ensure product value and quality.
• Provide updates and insights to leadership on project progress and outcomes.
