CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own and scale the platform foundation for a fully remote, US-based team. You will enable engineers to ship safely across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, IaC, secrets management, and CI/CD with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE in a high-growth setting.
• Hands-on infra design and ownership of production systems.
• Experience with cloud, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, secrets, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the platform foundation for rapid, safe shipping.
• Build internal AI-enabled tooling and development environments.
• Strengthen logging, metrics, tracing, and incident follow-up.
• Harden production access with least privilege and secure secret mgmt.
• Set pragmatic platform standards to balance speed with reliability.
