Job summary

Prelim is seeking a Software Engineer, Product to join our rapidly growing and fully remote US team. You’ll architect and build a platform that handles onboarding for financial institutions, from simple accounts to complex treasury services.

You will work on features across the stack, integrate with legacy and third-party compliance providers, and tackle multi-tenant, real-time processing with a focus on reliability and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL).
• Strong system design skills for scalable architectures and multi-tenant platforms.
• Ability to translate banking requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Comfort working directly with customers and iterating based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build features across the stack for high scale and complexity.
• Improve and maintain systems that integrate with legacy banking infrastructure and third-party providers.
• Tackle multi-tenant, real-time data processing, and bank-grade reliability challenges.
• Collaborate with banks to map onboarding requirements to technical solutions.
• Own performance, scalability, and reliability for millions of applications.
