Job summary

Prelim is seeking an Implementation Architect to join our remote-first team and help banks launch and optimize digital experiences. You’ll configure banking workflows, build forms, and manage client relationships across multiple concurrent implementations.

You’ll translate complex banking requirements into actionable solutions on our no-code platform, advise clients, and contribute feedback to product teams, all while working with banking executives and operations across several institutions.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and deploying banking workflows on no-code platforms.
• Ability to lead client calls and manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental US.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize banking workflows using our no-code platform.
• Build forms, set up integrations, and create business rules for regulatory needs.
• Lead client calls and manage multiple implementations with deadlines.
• Advise clients on maximizing platform value and driving business outcomes.
• Provide feedback to product teams for platform improvements.
