Constructor.io is seeking an experienced Platform Enablement SRE/DevOps engineer to empower internal developers and simplify workloads. You will shape observability, CI/CD, and workload orchestration to reduce friction across teams.

Role emphasizes automation, self-service tooling, and integration of AI-driven initiatives. This fully remote position offers a salary range and strong growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding AI-first ecommerce platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps with focus on developer enablement.
• Experience building scalable CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advance internal observability stack (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, OpenSearch) to empower teams.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows and developer utilities using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Guide adoption of Kubernetes and define standardized workload deployment patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve bottlenecks and build custom tooling when needed.
• Contribute to Internal Developer Platform based on Backstage.
