Job summary

DispatchHealth is seeking a seasoned Platform Engineer to own the infrastructure, tooling, and network architecture that powers our healthcare applications at scale. You will drive reliability, security, and developer velocity across AWS and GCP environments and the connected network fabric.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or senior software engineering roles.
• 3+ years operating large-scale production systems in AWS, GCP, or both.
• Hands-on AWS/GCP infrastructure experience including EKS/GKE, VPC, IAM, Direct Connect/Interconnect, PrivateLink.
• Cross-cloud networking design and management across AWS and GCP.
• Strong Terraform proficiency for multi-cloud IaC management.
• Experience with monorepo toolchains (Nx, Bazel, Turborepo) and scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
• Datadog-based observability across multi-cloud deployments.
• Kubernetes management end-to-end including service meshes and Helm.

Responsibilities

• Guide engineering teams through full software delivery lifecycle from design to production operations.
• Own and evolve IaC strategy across AWS and GCP with Terraform to ensure reproducible, auditable environments.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, container workloads, and orchestration across a polyglot service environment.
• Architect and maintain network infrastructure across AWS and GCP including VPCs, peering, transit gateways, and cross-cloud connectivity.
• Define and operate observability platforms covering metrics, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing across cloud environments.
• Implement security controls, compliance validation, and governance across compute and network layers in AWS and GCP.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters end-to-end (EKS, GKE) with service meshes, ingress, Vault secrets, and Helm dependencies.
