RTX is seeking a Platform Engineer to advance data and AI capabilities by designing, integrating, and delivering scalable, production-ready software and cloud solutions. You will work with leaders and cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML, automation, and modern engineering practices while ensuring reliability and performance.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to technical docs, and promote best practices across RTX’s engineering teams, including CI/CD and observability.

Qualificações

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years.
• 3+ years of experience with data science and machine learning.
• 3+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle and software development, including Python and the Python stack.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with technical leadership, product managers, program/project managers, and business stakeholders to enable advanced data capabilities at RTX.
• Lead multi-disciplinary efforts to produce AI/ML capabilities via production software and cloud engineering, ensuring end-to-end design, implementation, and support.
