Zusammenfassung

RTX is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, integrate, and deliver scalable production software and cloud solutions. You will work with technical leads, PMs, and cross-functional teams to drive AI/ML capabilities, automation, and modern engineering practices ensuring end-to-end reliability and maintainability.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical documentation, and promote engineering best practices while collaborating across teams to implement AI/ML and MLOps initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with data science and machine learning.
• 3+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle and software application / product development, including Python and the Python scientific stack.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and stakeholders to bring advanced data capabilities to RTX.
• Be the system integrator for APIs, SDKs, and other automation activities across production software and cloud engineering.
• Maintain high and low level views of technical systems and coordinate with diverse teams for successful realization.
• Design, write, test, and deploy production quality software with CI/CD, scalability, and observability.
• Advise technical support and build user documentation.
• Mentor early and mid career team members to senior roles.
