Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Three (3) years’ proven experience in software engineering leadership roles.
• Strong delivery track record across full lifecycle of product development or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management and stakeholders to lead technology direction.
• Interface with engineering groups and enterprise architecture on integrations.
• Commit to roadmaps with capabilities and timelines.
• Align technology to business strategy and drive direction.
• Adopt CI/CD and maintain frequent release cadence.
• Manage multiple teams including full-time and contract resources.
