Responsibilities

• Lead technology direction with stakeholders to deliver products.
• Interface with engineering groups and enterprise architecture on integrations and new tech.
• Adopt CI/CD and drive frequent release cadence across teams.
• Oversee multiple teams of software engineers, QA, and DevOps (FT and contract).
• Mentor and develop engineering staff and drive innovation and best practices.
