Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Platform Resident Consultant to partner with strategic customers, maximizing the value of their CrowdStrike Falcon investment. You will deploy, optimize, and support Falcon across endpoints, identity, and cloud with hands-on technical guidance.

You'll work remotely with customer security teams, mentor on best practices, and collaborate with Professional Services to deliver impactful solutions. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field, and/or equivalent military or work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with relevant security applications (endpoint, identity, cloud, SIEM, etc).
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience in computer and network security.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership.
• Understand customer security operations workflows, use cases, and business objectives.
• Mentor customer teams on Falcon best practices and threat hunting techniques.
