Job summary

Zyte is seeking a Platform and Automation Engineer to build and run the internal IT backbone that powers our global company. You will code automation, integrate core business systems, and push AI-driven workflows across teams.

You will design reliable automation pipelines, develop internal tools, and collaborate across finance, HR, engineering, and customer success in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/Platform engineering or similar roles.
• Experience owning internal business systems and automation at a SaaS/tech company.
• Strong coding and scripting skills in Python/Go/Bash/Node.js.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate Zyte's internal SaaS platform and automation.
• Integrate Salesforce/HubSpot, billing and HR systems into automated workflows.
• Develop internal tools, CLI utilities, and event-driven automation pipelines.
• Introduce AI-assisted workflows and maintain security/compliance practices.
