Job summary

Zyte is seeking a Head of IT to lead our internal technology function into the AI era. You will own the systems the whole company runs on, the integrations and automation that connect them, our identity and security backbone, and the internal AI tooling that enables every Zytan to work efficiently.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT engineering, business systems or internal platforms in SaaS/tech.
• Experience leading internal IT/automation teams and multi-year platform strategy.
• Fluent in API-driven integrations and cost governance for SaaS stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT organisation, setting strategy, roadmap, budget and vendor landscape.
• Own business application landscape including CRM, finance, HR, collaboration tools.
• Build automated, API-driven workflows and data synchronization across systems.
• Lead internal AI tooling portfolio, governance, and adoption across teams.
• Run IT service management, security and compliance across a remote workforce.
