Job summary

Westlake Plastics Co. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Midwest/Western region. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with production and logistics.

Requirements include 3+ years in customer service in manufacturing, excellent communication, CRM/ERP proficiency, and strong organizational skills. This is a remote role with well‑defined hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with plastics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and other channels promptly.
• Provide product information including specifications, pricing, and lead times.
• Process customer orders accurately using the ERP or order system.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics to fulfill orders.
• Communicate order status and delays to customers; resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM and prepare service metrics.
• Collaborate with sales to identify needs and upsell opportunities.
