Plaskolite, a Columbus, Ohio-based manufacturer of engineering thermoplastics, seeks a Regional General Manager of Industrial Sales for the West or Southwest US. The role oversees strategic sales across a defined territory, drives revenue growth, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.

The position requires 10+ years of industry experience, a 4-year degree, and strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year undergraduate)
10+ years in industrial sales or related field preferred
Experience with CRM and Microsoft programs is expected

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to meet performance expectations.
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with national goals.
Identify growth opportunities in existing and new industrial accounts, including partnerships and bundling opportunities.
Promote the full product portfolio to customers in prioritized markets.
Build and maintain relationships with top regional accounts and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure service excellence.
Represent the region at trade shows and customer meetings as needed.
