IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is recruiting an experienced Account Manager for a plastics materials-focused role, covering Ohio and Pennsylvania with potential West Virginia consideration.
The position is remote/home-based, full-time, with a competitive base salary, commission, and car allowance. You will develop and grow an established territory, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to deliver value-added material solutions across a diverse manufacturing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales or account management experience.
- Experience selling plastics resins, color concentrates, masterbatch, additives or related materials is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory across Ohio and Pennsylvania (West Virginia considered).
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and secure new business.
- Promote specialty materials used in plastics manufacturing (color concentrates, masterbatch, additives).
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate pricing, and develop proposals for profitability.
- Travel within the territory to build relationships and support customer requirements.
