Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in operations management in metals/automotive environments.
• Experience supervising large multi-shift teams (100+).

Responsibilities

• Lead plant P&L and cost management with the GM to maximize profitability.
• Direct daily production activities and 6–12 month planning.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, labor planning, and material control to meet customer demand.
