Job summary

EthosEnergy Power Solutions, LLC seeks a Plant Engineer focused on Instrument, Controls & Electrical (IC&E) for multiple facilities. This remote-based role in Shepherd, TX leads maintenance, reliability, and improvements to plant control and electrical systems across sites.

The candidate will troubleshoot, optimize, and coordinate projects, ensuring safe, compliant operation and effective documentation. Strong PLC/SCADA experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process controls engineering experience in power generation or similar industries.
• Proven experience managing projects and contractors.
• Strong ability to read and interpret control diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily, weekly, and outage-related work activities.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee contractor and vendor activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage control system upgrades, modifications, and installations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and version control of PLC/HMI programs.
