Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Engineer to define project objectives, develop and maintain execution-aligned schedules, and monitor status to support reliable forecasting. You will support home-office EPC activities, collaborating with the Head of Planning, project teams, clients, partners, and subcontractors.

The role may supervise or train junior colleagues on small to medium-size projects, with a focus on planning and scheduling for various scopes.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in project execution, planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Good working knowledge of scheduling software, including Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of project controls requirements, procedures, and methods.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Analysis and KPI-based reporting.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules aligned with the selected project execution strategy.
• Define and optimize resources across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation.
• Develop project summary timelines and support WBS definitions.
• Establish and maintain planning methods, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate planning inputs and maintain schedule consistency.
• Update schedules, monitor status, and forecast completion dates.
• Prepare schedule data, KPI reporting, dashboards, and management information.
• Provide guidance to project and proposal teams.
