Job summary

Actalent seeks a Remote Project Scheduler to lead all aspects of scheduling for EPC, Design-Build, and CMAR projects with a focus on power delivery and water infrastructure. This role manages multiple schedules, driving accurate planning, integration, and reporting to support successful project execution.

The candidate will develop LSM/CPM schedules, establish baselines, and integrate cost-loaded resources while collaborating with engineers, estimators, procurement, and trade contractors to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing resource- and cost-loaded schedules.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling, updating and reporting.
• Experience with high-voltage, EPC or other large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop Linear Schedule Method (LSM) and CPM schedules, including initial development, integration into master project schedules, and cost-loaded resource assignments.
• Collaborate with pursuit and project leaders, engineers, estimators, procurement, suppliers, and contractors to develop and update schedules.
• Create and maintain alignment between work breakdown structure and financial breakdown structure for pursuits and projects.
• Develop cost- and resource-loaded schedules, generate cash flow curves, and incorporate earned value metrics into schedule reporting.
• Support and challenge project teams to develop accurate productivity durations and optimize work sequences.
